Best English Blog Award

Really Learn English have just told me my blog won their best English Blog Award. How nice is that? Thank you to everyone who voted.  I'm delighted that so many people selected a blog about picturebooks.  I leave you all with a quote and the promise of more picturebooks to come on Picturebooks in ELT. 

Picture books are for everybody at any age, not books to be left behind as we grow older. The best ones leave a tantalising gap between the pictures and the words, a gap that is filled by the reader’s imagination, adding so much to the excitement of reading a book.
