Now, let me try to explain a few things to make ordering easier.  If you look at the dies 173e, 174e and 175e they have inner cut dies that cut out the inserts for 164e, 165e, 166e, 170e, 171e and 172e.  This will help you to pair the die sets. 
If you order over $100.00 from this release, we will give free shipping to USA locations.  Foreign orders will be given a discount towards shipping.  Free shipping cannot be combined with other releases HOWEVER, if you order other Tonic Studio items with this release and your order is over $100.00 we will do the free/reduced shipping offer.  Boy, I sure am trying my best to confuse you today  :)
